I am no longer a sushi virgin!! My awesome neighbors, Rhea and Scott (a trained chef), had the neighbors over for a sushi night. And, we had to make the sushi. So, I got experience making and eating sushi. I wouldn't say that I am a huge fan, or much of a fan at all, but it was fun to try something new. Rhea asked me if I had any previous experience "rolling" before. As you can see, my roll was not so good. :(
Jillers would be soo proud.

I think your roll looks SUPERB!!!! Let's plan this Sushi Dinner in Vegas!!!!! When? When?
I fail to believe anyone really likes sushi.
What did it have in it? Do they all have raw fish in them? I'm dry heaving just thinking about it.
I didn't ask what kind of fish was in it. I am soo proud you figured out how to post. You are really moving up.
Hailey - it's sickening to see what great shape you're in, I wish I had your motivation! How do you do it?
And I am way impressed with your roll, two thumbs up!
hehehehehe they didnt see that roll up close and personal, did they....lol
jk..it tasted yummy! and i freakin love sushi. but, um, only if the contents inside of it are at least smoked, and not raw. so i guess i am not a true, die-hard sushi lover either, if we're being completely honest. ;)
